The Committee carries out inspections of the site and plots, approximately three times a year, to ensure that things are in order and that plots are being properly maintained and worked.

If there is concern about a plot, the Secretary will write to the plotholder asking them to make contact to discuss any problems they might be having maintaining their plot, and their intention to continue their tenancy.

​

Progress is reviewed after two months.  If matters have not improved then the Council is informed and they will begin the eviction process.
